Workshops launched to promote low-carbon diet at home (with photos)

The Acting Secretary for the Environment, Dr Kitty Poon, attends the first workshop of "LOWcarbonDIET@ HOME". She called on the participants to adopt a low-carbon lifestyle to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
