emarsys Ltd announced the opening of its new Hong Kong office to pioneer the expansion of its services to the Asia-Pacific region. This office is the company's first outside Europe and serves as its APAC regional headquarters, catering to the surging digital communications needs in the region.
Headquartered in Vienna, Austria, emarsys Ltd is a European-based company providing email marketing services including deliverability, consultation, etc. The Hong Kong office is not only a regional hub, but also its sales office. The company serves more than 400 clients worldwide and the team in Hong Kong is expected to grow very fast, more than tripling in size by the end of 2011.
Managing Director of emarsys Ltd, Ohad Hecht, said, "As there are growing opportunities in the region, we foresee an increasing demand for our world-class technology, scalability, integration with third party applications, and deliverability expertise. Hong Kong, with its advanced communication facilities and being at the heart of the APAC region, will allow us to easily and conveniently expand our business and control our resources within the region."
"In the coming 12 months, we will focus on penetrating our brand presence in the APAC region and establishing our expertise in social email marketing. We plan to expand our business from Hong Kong to other parts of the region, such as Mainland China, Australia and Singapore," Hecht added.
