The Secretary for Food and Health, Dr York Chow (right), visited a chilled beef processing plant in Changchun this morning (December 7) to learn more about its operation and production facilities. The plant will supply Mainland chilled beef to Hong Kong in future. Dr Chow is shown different chilled beef products during a tour of the plant.   Close
