Auctions for commercial stalls at the Hong Kong Flower Show 2011 will be held tomorrow (December 1) at Lockhart Road Sports Centre, 11/F Lockhart Road Municipal Services Building, 225 Hennessy Road, Wan Chai.
Anyone who is 18 years of age or above and ordinarily resident in Hong Kong may take part in the auctions. Each bidder may bid for more than one stall.
Organised by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department, the 10-day Hong Kong Flower Show 2011 will be held from March 11 to 20 at Victoria Park.
For the flower show, the 49 commercial stalls for auction are as follows:
* 34 goods stalls each measuring 5 metres x 5 metres;
* 4 goods stalls each measuring 5 metres x 10 metres;
* 4 fast food stalls each measuring 5 metres x 10 metres;
* 2 fast food stalls each including one stall measuring 5 metres x 10 metres and a subsidiary stall of 5 metres x 5 metres (See Remarks);
* 4 dry food stalls each measuring 5 metres x 5 metres; and
* 1 book stall measuring 5 metres x 10 metres.
Remarks: The subsidiary stall of 5 metres x 5 metres shall be operated for sale of soft drinks only under the same licence agreement.
