The Secretary for Home Affairs, Mr Tsang Tak-sing, congratulated Hong Kong's athletes today (November 23) for their excellent results in the Guangzhou Asian Games, winning three medals - a silver in men's rugby competition, as well as two bronzes in men's and women's team fencing events.
"Our athletes demonstrated remarkable team spirit and performed well in three team events today. I extend warmest congratulations to them for their outstanding achievement," Mr Tsang said.
The Hong Kong delegation has so far won 36 medals in the Games. The events in which Hong Kong athletes won medals today are as follows.
