Invest Hong Kong congratulates the 200 winning companies of Forbes Asia "Best Under a Billion" Awards

     Invest Hong Kong congratulates the 200 top-performing small and midsize companies in Asia Pacific that won awards at the Forbes Asia "Best Under a Billion" award ceremony and dinner today (November 23).

     For those winning companies with plans to set up their business presence or to expand in the city, Invest Hong Kong stands ready to provide necessary support as well as free and customised services to them.

     Director-General of Investment Promotion at Invest Hong Kong, Mr Simon Galpin, was one of the award presenters at the ceremony. He said, "I am delighted to attend the ceremony tonight and I congratulate the senior executives of these award-winning companies. Through meeting with and talking to these executives, my colleagues and I hope to have a better understanding of their growth potential and development plans. Our mission is to position Hong Kong as the right place for their business expansion, when the right time arrives."

     The 200 award-winners were chosen for their earnings growth, sales growth and shareholders' return on equity. Among those companies to receive the "Best Under a Billion" award were 71 from the Mainland and Hong Kong, and 39 from India.
