Regional Flag Day on Saturday

     Please broadcast the following special announcement at frequent intervals this morning (November 20):

     The Social Welfare Department announces that today is a regional flag day.  Playright Children's Play Association, Hope Worldwide, Limited and The Urban Peacemaker Evangelistic Fellowship Limited will sell flags on Hong Kong Island, in Kowloon and the New Territories respectively.
