The Town Planning Board today (September 17) announced that the Chief Executive in Council has referred five approved outline zoning plans (OZPs) to the Board for amendment to reflect the latest planning proposals in Causeway Bay, Cheung Sha Wan, Ngau Tau Kok and Kowloon Bay, Sha Tin and Tai Tong areas.
Each OZP incorporating the respective amendments will be exhibited for public inspection under the provisions of the Town Planning Ordinance.
The Causeway Bay OZP was last approved by the Chief Executive in Council in September 2005; the Cheung Sha Wan OZP was last approved in June 2008; the Ngau Tau Kok and Kowloon Bay OZP was last approved in September 2006; the Sha Tin OZP was last approved in June 2007 and the Tai Tong OZP was last approved in October 2006.
