Picture shows the Common Paper Wasp, a common species found in Hong Kong. Wasps are mainly carnivorous, feeding mostly on other insects such as caterpillars, but they also feed on nectar, tree sap and rotten or overripe fruit. They feed on liquids containing sugary materials too.   Close
