Police are anxious to locate the next-of-kin of a child who was found abandoned in Mong Kok yesterday (May 14).
About 7.42 pm yesterday, a passer-by found a boy aged about six to seven lying outside No. 78 of Sai Yeung Choi Street South. A report was then made to the Police.
Standing about 1.3 metres tall, the boy is of medium build, has a crew cut with a scar on forehead. He was wearing a white vest with blue edge, white sport shorts, black socks and a pair of silver sport shoes when found. The boy carried no identity document.
Police urged the relatives of the child or anyone who has information to offer to contact Mong Kok Police Station at 2398 6362 or 2398 6329.
