Mr Tsang, together with some 20 young people, today (July 31) visited a halfway house set up by the Operation Dawn Hong Kong in Wong Tai Sin. He is glad to learn of the residents' determination to resist drugs and encourages them to adopt a positive attitude towards life. He also urges the young people who joined the visit to care more about their family and classmates and to help spread the anti-drug message.   Close
