Chief Executive delivers Lunar New Year message (with photos/video)

The Chief Executive, Mr Donald Tsang, delivered a Lunar New Year message today (January 25). He and Mrs Tsang wished Hong Kong citizens a joyous and prosperous Year of the Ox.
