Secretary for Education, Mr Michael Suen, today (January 19) visited North District. He visited the Tin Ka Ping Secondary School to observe students having their Commerce lesson in English. He encouraged them to gain more exposure to the language in order to achieve proficiency in both Chinese and English.   Close
