The Secretary for Commerce and Economic Development, Mrs Rita Lau, today (November 20, local time) signs on behalf of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government a Co-operation Arrangement on Trade and Investment Facilitation with the Republic of Peru Government in Lima, Peru.
