    Please broadcast the following special announcement at frequent intervals this morning (May 10):

    The Social Welfare Department announces that today is a regional flag day.  The Neighbourhood Advice-Action Council, Asian Outreach Hong Kong Limited and Employees' Safety, Training & Rehabilitation Services Limited will sell flags on Hong Kong Island, in Kowloon and the New Territories respectively.

    For enquiries, members of the public can call the department's hotline at 2343 2255.
