    Please broadcast the following special announcement at frequent intervals this morning (May 3):

    The Social Welfare Department announces that today is a territory-wide flag day.  The Hong Kong Christian Kun Sun Association Limited has been approved to sell flags throughout the territory from 7am to 12.30pm.
