    The Rating and Valuation Department today (April 24) released the internet version of "Hong Kong Property Review 2008" which contains statistics and commentaries of the local property market in 2007.

    The internet version, covering the full content of the publication, can be downloaded free of charge from the department's website at http://www.rvd.gov.hk/en/publications/hkpr08.htm

    Printed copies of the publication will be available for sale around mid-May.
