The Social Welfare Department announces that today is an endorsed regional flag day. Pentecostal Holiness Church Hong Kong Conference Gilead Social Service Centre, the Hong Kong Catholic Marriage Advisory Council and the Hong Kong Society for Rehabilitation will sell flags on Hong Kong Island, in Kowloon and the New Territories respectively.
