The Housing Authority (HA) had drawn up a detailed sales programme of the surplus Home Ownership Scheme (HOS) flats in 2008.
A spokesman for the HA said "Phase 3 is scheduled to be launched in early 2008 offering about 3,100 flats while Phase 4 is scheduled to be launched in the latter half of 2008 offering some 3,200 flats".
"We follow the sales programme announced in April 2006, and due consideration has been given to a balanced mix of flats of different designs and districts, and to the programme of defects rectification and maintenance works for the flats when drawing up the detailed phase programme," he explained.
Details of Phase 3 and 4 are set out at Annex.
The sales programme of some 16,600 surplus HOS flats in phases from 2007 to 2009 was approved by the HA last year.
