The Social Welfare Department announces that today is an endorsed regional flag day. Centre for Restoration of Human Relationships Limited, Hong Kong Employment Development Service Limited and End Child Sexual Abuse Foundation will sell flags on Hong Kong Island, in Kowloon and the New Territories respectively.
