The visit to the Food Testing Laboratory of the Guangdong Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau Technology Centre enables the Permanent Secretary for Health, Welfare and Food, Mrs Carrie Yau, to gain a more in-depth understanding of testing on food for supply to Hong Kong.
