The Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government's Principal Hong Kong Economic and Trade Representative in Japan, Mrs Jennie Chok today (February 5) gave an address on the update of Hong Kong's economy and the expanding scope of business opportunities available for foreign investors in Hong Kong at a luncheon seminar on "Hong Kong - New Opportunities; New Attractions" in Sapporo of the Hokkaido Prefecture, Japan. Organised by the Hong Kong Economic and Trade Office in Tokyo, the seminar attracted about 160 people from political, business and media circles of Hokkaido. Vice-Governor Mr Kunihiko Yamamoto, from the Hokkaido Prefecture Government, attended.
