A total of five persons died and 361 persons were injured in 304 traffic accidents which occurred throughout Hong Kong last week (January 28 to February 3, 2007).

Fifty-seven of these accidents occurred on Hong Kong Island, 110 in Kowloon and 137 in the New Territories.
