Witnessed by the Secretary for the Civil Service, Miss Denise Yue (right rear) and the Vice-mayor of the Hangzhou Municipal Government, Mr Sheng Jifang (left rear), the Deputy Secretary for the Civil Service, Mrs Rosanna Ure (front right) and the Director of Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office of Hangzhou Municipal Government, Mr Zheng Zhemin, today (January 18) signed the second agreement for the exchange of civil servants between Hong Kong and Hangzhou Governments.
