The Chief Executive, Mr Donald Tsang, was delighted by the news that Hong Kong had been ranked by the Heritage Foundation as the world's freest economy for the 13th consecutive year. Mr Tsang is pictured receiving a copy of the foundation's 2007 Index of Economic Freedom study from its President, Dr Edwin Feulner, at Government House yesterday (January 15).
