2007 Village Representative Elections: Overall turnout rate

The fourth polling day of 2007 Village Representative Elections ended at 7pm today (January 14).
A total of 119 candidates from 38 villages contested for 59 seats, including 35 Indigenous Inhabitants Representatives (IIR) and 24 Resident Representatives (RR), in the IIR and RR Elections.
A total of 14,827 out of the 10,062 registered voters cast their votes, representing an overall turnout of 67.86%.
