NPC Standing Committee Chairman Mr Wu Bangguo arrived in Hong Kong at noon today (December 2) to officiate at the ITU TELECOM WORLD 2006 opening ceremony and welcome reception. The Chief Executive, Mr Donald Tsang, welcomes him at Hong Kong International airport.
