The following is issued on behalf of the Electoral Affairs Commission:
The order in which the names of the candidates running in the Election Committee Subsector Elections will appear on ballot papers was determined by the drawing of lots today (November 11).
Lots were drawn for 10 of the contested subsectors by their respective Returning Officers this afternoon. These subsectors are: Chinese Medicine, Education, Health Services, Higher Education, Legal, Medical, Social Welfare, Sports, Performing Arts, Culture and Publication (Culture Sub-subsector), Hong Kong and Kowloon District Councils, and New Territories District Councils.
