The Tsuen Wan District Office's Building Management Resource Centre (BMRC) (New Territories West) will organise a free workshop entitled "How to tackle complicated management problems?" on Friday (November 17).
A representative from the legal profession will brief participants on how to recover management and maintenance fees in arrears, monitor accounts of corporations, and deal with issues related to unauthorised building works and occupation of common area/facilities.
The workshop will be held from 7.30pm to 9pm at the BMRC (New Territories West), 1/F, Tsuen Wan Station Multi-Storey Carpark Building, 174-208 Castle Peak Road, Tsuen Wan.
Members of the public, especially owners and tenants of private buildings, members of owners' corporations, office-bearers of mutual aid committees and personnel of building management companies are welcome to join.
