Picture shows the beef seized during a blitz operation today (November 10) by Food and Environmental Hygiene Department (FEHD) officers. They found a fresh provision shop in Tin Shing (Allmart) Chinese Market, Tin Shing Court, selling defrosted beef as fresh beef. About 75 kilogrammes of frozen beef were found in the premises.
