The Secretary for Economic Development and Labour, Mr Stephen Ip (left), signed today (October 25) on behalf of the HKSAR Government an Air Services Agreement with the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, which is represented by its State Minister of Transportation and Communication, Mr Getachew Mengiste.
