Mr Hui visits the Yan Oi Tong Rainbow Community Integrated Development Centre at Yan Oi Estate. The centre initiated the "Establish Tuen Mun with Chinese Intelligence" Community Economic Development Project, which is funded by the Community Investment and Inclusion Fund.
