The Building Management Resource Centre (BMRC) (New Territories West) of the Tsuen Wan District Office will organise a free workshop entitled "Meeting Procedures of Owners' Corporations" later this month (July).
A representative from the Law Society of Hong Kong will brief participants on Owners' Corporation meeting procedures with regard to the Building Management Ordinance, and relevant case studies.
All members of the public, especially owners and tenants of private buildings, office-bearers of OCs, members of mutual aid committees and personnel of building management companies, are welcome to join the workshop.
It will be held on July 21 (Friday) from 7.30pm to 9.30pm at the BMRC (New Territories West), 1/F, Tsuen Wan Station Multi-Storey Carpark Building, 174-208 Castle Peak Road, Tsuen Wan.
