10-year-old primary four student Fung Ka-man won the Best Cover Design award of the International Arts Carnival Graphic Design Competition. Director of Leisure and Cultural Services, Ms Anissa Wong appreciated the creative design of Fung Ka-man tonight (July 7) at the prize presentation ceremony.
