Cai Chang Mei is about 1.52 metres tall and weighs about 45 kilograms. She has a pointed face, short straight grey hair and a mole on the left side of her chin. She can speak only Hakka dialect. She was last seen wearing a dark long-sleeved shirt, black trousers and carrying a blue bag with a two-way permit.   Close
