Permanent Secretary for Home Affairs, Mrs Carrie Lam, speaks at the welcoming reception of the 20th International Congress of the International Society for Performing Arts (ISPA) at the Museum of Coastal Defence today (June 8). This international congress, held in Hong Kong for the first time, recorded the highest registration of delegates for the summer congress in the past 10 years with some 300 candidates from more than 30 countries.   Close
