Illegal slaughterhouse raided in Yuen Long (With photos)

A Food and Environmental Hygiene Department (FEHD) officer inspects a pig carcass during a blitz operation today (April 19). FEHD officers raided an illegal slaughterhouse at Pak Sha (near Kung Um Road), Yuen Long. A total of 560 kilograms of unstamped pig carcasses and raw pork was found at the premises.
