Rope courses, sports climbing, archery, roller skating, mountaineering, adventure activities and ball games are all these are on offer at the Youth Development Camp organised by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department (LCSD).
The three-day camp will be held from April 16 to 18 at Sai Kung Outdoor Recreation Centre. Youngsters aged 13 to 17 who are keen on sports and display good team spirit are welcome to apply.
The youngsters will be encouraged to participate in different sports activities through which they can reveal their own potential.
Through the activities, participants can learn the importance of communication and team spirit. Adventure and sports activities help the participants better understand their own potential and boost their self-confidence and creativity.
The fee, which covers meals and accommodation, is $198 for each participant under the age of 13, $240 for each full-time student aged 14 to 17, and $269 for each non full-time student aged 14 to 17.
Lots will be drawn if the applications exceed the 160 places available.
Application forms are available from District Leisure Services Offices and LCSD venues where there are Leisure Link services.
Completed application forms should reach the Sai Kung Outdoor Recreation Camp by mail or by fax (2792 0203) by March 16.
