The Secretary for Financial Services and the Treasury, Mr Frederick Ma, continued his visit programme in Dubai today (February 27) to promote Hong Kong's strengths as an international financial centre and investment opportunities in the territory. Mr Ma is on a two-day visit there with a delegation of the Hong Kong Trade Development Council which comprises representatives of the financial services sector as well as the infrastructure and real estate industry. During the day, Mr Ma called on the Dubai Financial Services Authority, Ministry of Finance and Industry of the United Arab Emirates and Dubai Municipality. He also called on the Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry and briefed them on Hong Kong's latest developments and business opportunities.
