Cyberport to host Digital Entertainment Leadership Forum 2006 in March

     Hong Kong Cyberport will host the third annual Digital Entertainment Leadership Forum (DELF 2006) on March 21. The forum's theme this year is "Challenges and Opportunities in the Next Digital Entertainment Wave: Broadband, Content and Mobility".

     Organised by Hong Kong Cyberport Management Company Limited, China Game Publishers Association (Hong Kong), Hong Kong Comics and Animation Federation Limited, Hong Kong Digital Entertainment Industry Support Centre and School of Design of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, and sponsored by Office of the Government Chief Information Officer, DELF 2006 continues to be an important annual platform for the Hong Kong's digital entertainment industry. DELF 2006 is proud to be part of the mega Entertainment Expo in Hong Kong (for more information, please visit www.eexpohk.com).

     DELF 2006 will feature elite industry speakers such as Dr Michael B Johnson of Pixar Animation Studio, Mr Todd Miller from Sony Pictures Television International, Mr Chris Reitermann of OgilvyOne China and Mr Simon Smith from Weapon7 United Kingdom, and many others. The speakers will share their insights and visions on broadband, content and mobility.

     As part of DELF 2006, a DELF Showcase Junior will be held between March 21 and 26 at the Ocean View Court of the Arcade at Cyberport. The event consists of PSP (PlayStation Portable) Treasure Hunt, RTHK 17th International Pop Poll Awards, Videotage New Media Click, YRock live concert and Xbox 360 exhibition.
