Owners and tenants of private buildings, members of Owners Corporations and building management company personnel are invited to take part in a free workshop on building management organised by the Building Management Resource Centre (BMRC) (Kowloon) in March.
The workshop "The procedures of terminating property management company and the points to note when transition of management" will be held on March 9 (Thursday) from 7.30pm to 9pm at the BMRC (Kowloon), Ground Floor, 2 Mau Lam Street, Yau Ma Tei.
Representatives from The Hong Kong Institute of Housing will speak on the topic in Cantonese.
