A special stamp issue, "Charming Chinese Lanterns - Joint issue of Hong Kong, China and Macao" would be released next Sunday (February 12), the Postmaster General, Mr Allan Chiang, announced today (February 6). On the same day, philatelic products issued by the postal administrations of Australia, Canada, Great Britain, Mainland China, Singapore, New Zealand and Macao would be put on sale at all philatelic offices (except the Peak Post Office during its reprovisioning period). The General Post Office, Tsim Sha Tsui Post Office and Airport Post Office will open from 9am to 2pm as on normal Sundays. All other post offices (except mobile post offices) will open from 9am to 1pm on that day. Customers may also purchase these overseas philatelic products at Hongkong Post Internet shopping mall - "ShopThruPost" (http://www.shopthrupost.hk).
