Actions speak louder than words. The Secretary for Health, Welfare and Food, Dr York Chow and Eastern District Councillors, join in a cleaning exercise this afternoon (January 27) in Yue Wan Market to help disseminate a positive message about keeping a clean environment. Dr Chow said good environmental hygiene was important in the prevention of diseases and the participation of the whole community was needed to maintain public health.   Close
