The Town Planning Board today (January 13) announced amendment to the draft Lamma Island Outline Zoning Plan (OZP).
The amendment involves the rezoning of an area at Tai Wan To, Lamma Island, from "Government, Institution or Community (3)" to "Green Belt".
The draft Lamma Island OZP No. S/I-LI/7 incorporating the amendment is now available for public inspection during normal office hours at the Secretariat of the Town Planning Board, the Planning Enquiry Counters in North Point and Sha Tin, the Lantau and Islands District Planning Office, the Islands District Office and the Lamma (North) Rural Committee.
Anyone affected by the amendment may submit a written objection to the Secretary of the Town Planning Board on or before February 3, 2006.
Copies of the draft Lamma Island OZP are available for sale at the Map Publications Centres in North Point and Yau Ma Tei. The electronic version of the plan can be viewed on the Town Planning Board's website at http://www.info.gov.hk/tpb.
