Comment on new Managing Director of Hong Kong Disneyland
********************************************************

In response to media enquiries on the promotion of Mr Bill Ernest as the Executive Vice President and Managing Director of Hong Kong Disneyland, a government spokesman said, "The Government has been working with Mr Ernest since the run-up to the opening of the theme park. We look forward to working closely with Mr Ernest in the future development of Hong Kong Disneyland."

The spokesman noted that the outgoing Managing Director, Mr Don Robinson, had overseen the construction and operation of the theme park and his leadership has ensured the successful opening of the Hong Kong Disneyland. "We thank him for his efforts and contribution in the past few years and wish him every success in his new endeavours," the spokesman added.

"We are confident that Hong Kong Disneyland will continue to develop into a premier attraction for family tourists in the region."
