The Home Affairs Department's Building Management Resource Centre (BMRC) (Kowloon) will hold a free workshop, "The procedures of appointing property management company", in February.
Members of Owners' Corporations and Owners Committees are invited to attend the workshop on February 23 (Thursday), from 7.30pm to 9pm at the BMRC (Kowloon), G/F, 2 Mau Lam Street, Yau Ma Tei.
Representative from the Hong Kong Institute of Housing will brief participants in Cantonese on tendering procedures of appointing a property management company and the points to note.
