Yau Ma Tei Fire Roundup

The rooftop of a 22-storey commercial-cum-residential building at 466-472 Nathan Road in Yau Ma Tei was severely damaged in a No. 3 alarm fire last night (January 5).
The fire broke out at 6:58 pm and was upgraded to No. 3 alarm at 7:15 pm.
Firemen used three jets and mobilised two apparatus teams to fight the blaze. During the search and rescue operation, four persons were led to place of safety.
The fire was put out at 8:15 pm.
One man sustained injury on his left leg.
No suspicious circumstances was detected concerning the fire's cause.
