Safety tips on consuming shellfish

It's important to know how to handle them.
First, you have to know how to choose. Select those with intact shells and no foul odour.
Next, you have to know how to clean them. Scrub and rinse the shells and remove all the organs.
Then cook thoroughly, and discard the juice.

Shellfish can easily get contaminated. Even though they are delicious, you mustn't eat too much...
