Rainstorm Warning for Schools and Parents
| When the amber rainstorm warning is on, listen to radio
and TV announcements about weather and road conditions. |

| When the red or black rainstorm warning is issued, schools
should keep their premises open and implement contingency measures to look after arriving students until the end of school hours. They should release students only under safe conditions. Parents do not need to collect their children from school immediately. |

| Students on their way to school should continue to proceed,
if conditions are safe, or return home or stay in a safe place. |
