GALE FORCE WINDS IN NAN'AO. STRONG WINDS IN HONG KONG
ADJACENT WATERS, SHANWEI, SOUTH OF HONG KONG AND SHANGCHUAN
DAO.



WEATHER SITUATION:

AN EASTERLY AIRSTREAM IS AFFECTING THE SOUTH CHINA COASTAL
WATERS. BESIDES, PRESSURE OVER THE NORTHERN PART OF
SOUTHERN CHINA IS RISING. THE NORTHEAST MONSOON WILL AFFECT
THE SOUTH CHINA COASTAL WATERS GRADUALLY.



AT 10 A.M., TROPICAL STORM TRAMI WITH MAXIMUM SUSTAINED
WINDS OF ABOUT 65 KILOMETRES PER HOUR NEAR ITS CENTRE WAS
LOCATED AT 13.9 DEGREES NORTH, 127.7 DEGREES EAST. IT IS
FORECAST TO MOVE NORTHWEST AT ABOUT 15 KILOMETRES PER HOUR
TOWARDS THE VICINITY OF LUZON.
